Make this in a bread maker. 1.5 lb loaf. "Regular" settings on bread maker.

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 1/3 cups bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp dry milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  1. Put the water in.
  2. Add everything except the yeast. Make into a flat landmass so that there's no exposed water for the yeast to touch.
  3. Make a depression for the yeast to sit.
  4. Add the yeast into the depression.
  5. Start the bread maker on "regular" settings.
